Δ D-1313C7 is a roller feeding Hi-speed shaped cutting machine independently developed and produced by SDKCNC.It is an efficient guide belt cutting machine for flexible materials with projector.
Δ With standard configuration of hi-efficiency electric oscillating knife & straight knife and the universal tool holder.It can be equipped with pneumatic oscillating knives,crossing wheel tool,V-cut tool ,kiss cut tool and function of felt roller feeding .
Δ It can fastly finish steps of full cutting ,half cutting ,perforating ,creasing ,contour recognition cutting and other processes.Widespread usage of industry like advertising logo,print packaging ,garment samples,shoes&bags ,car decaration ,textile&home decaration,sealing gasket,carpet mats and so on .
Welded bed with Thick-walled square tube in stress aging relief
All planes and installation holes are precision machined by gantry milling
High-strength cast aluminum crossbeam
Transmission:X/Y-axis with helical rack & linear guide rail,Z-axis with mute screw
The whole machine adopts AC servo drive,Y-axis dual motor drive,
This facility have double tool holder which can adopts different cutter for different materials .
Tool holder can support oscillating cutter ,half cutter ,round cutter and so on
the positioning status is based on optical system of high definition ccd camera
automatically pick up the contour
The facility adopts felt+roller feeding system which improve efficiency for bulk materials in continuous processing
